The tube adopts a 3-claw chuck structure, multi-long shaft roller frame, the active frame drives the maximum pipe weight of 1.5 tons, and the minimum distance between the rolling wheels of the roller frame is 1: 400mm (the end part is partial, which can support the tube with the smallest 500mm length and the smallest straight section).

Ø According to the code of steel structure engineering, the minimum intersecting angle between master and master is 20 degree, and the angle of intersection less than 20 degrees can be modified according to the actual needs of customers.

Ø The surface roughness of the cutting surface is less than 12.5um and the minimum cutting aperture is 10 mm.

Ø continuous cutting: the machine has the function of continuous cutting of multiple intersecting lines. As long as the data needed to be cut on the pipe fittings are input into the machine, the machine can automatically complete the cutting process of multiple intersecting lines without manual intervention.
